Air Rail & Panel Jigs. -Shapermaster 24" - 12" Depth -Shapermaster 32" Weavers Rail and Panel Patterns - Plexiglass Patterns ACCURACY - Shapermaster can bring the true meaning of accuracy to your shop. Accuracy that enables parts to be shaped consistently within a couple of thousands of an inch. Shapermaster's accuracy means less sanding, less rejects, better fits, ease of assembly - all resulting in superior quality. VERSATILITY-PRODUCTIVITY-EFFICIENCY - Shapermaster encompasses several productivity improving features. The built-in centering device centers arched rail and panel parts with a turn of a wheel on the top of the machine. No more centering measurements and markings. Parts are held firmly by two air cylinders which exert 500 pounds per square inch on a neoprene rubber covered pressure bar. Parts as small as 2" x 2" can be bullnosed. Shapermaster's versatility enables you to make custom door designs by the fabrication of templates of your own design out of plexiglass or 1/4" hardboard. The adjustable brakes on each edge of the fixture stop the ball bearing from spinning and burning the template. This one-of-a-kind tool will allow your shop to attain higher levels of production. Shape stock from 3/8" to 2-1/4" thickness. |
